Move SKUs from Parts Brands to Main Brands and Remove Parts Brands

Move all SKUs from Whirlpool Parts, GE Parts, Frigidaire Parts, and Samsung Parts to their respective main brands (Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Samsung) and remove the separate parts brands from PIM, Public API, and AIO.

Ensure no duplicate SKUs remain, all product attributes (images, specs, documents, etc.) are retained, and both Skulytics and AIO go live with the updates simultaneously.
